LoBiondo will join New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection Commissioner Bob Martin, representatives of the Army Corps of Engineers, local elected officials and other guests to formerly kick-off the $57 million federally-funded beach replenishment project for southern Ocean City, Strathmere and Sea Isle City.
