House Coast Guard & Maritime Transportation Subcommittee member Frank LoBiondo will join with the 24th Commandant of the U.S. Coast Guard, Admiral Papp, for one of his final official events before retirement from federal service. Cape May County elected officials will join for a special announcement regarding the County's long-standing ties to the U.S. Coast Guard.
